Hiker Trash was founded on the idea that stories of raw human experience of the Pacific Crest Trail should continue to be told, long after the trek from Mexico to Canada is over. We brew our beers with the same love and compassion as those moments experienced around a campfire. Hiker Trash Brewing Company came to exist as hikers needed a place to reconnect after their journey on the PCT. Adorning the walls of the brewery you will find images of hikers from years past and ripped pages from journals sharing their memories. We believe in creating a space for good people and great beer, while harnessing a little trail magic along the way.
